Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

International Direct Shipping from Overseas: 7‑12 business days

Estimated times are for reference only, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping applies for orders over $60 .

Customs & Delays

For international‑origin shipments, customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees caused by import clearance.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, carrier issues, weather or force‑majeure events.

Lost / Damaged Packages
